The system includes specific functions for Gas turbine control during start up and Normal/Emergency shutdown stages, as well as for acceleration, speed and Exhaust temperature parameters. A diversified series of sensors monitor turbine speed, exhaust temperature and compressor discharge pressure to determine unit operating status. This data is used to modulate fuel flow to the gas turbine. Every turbine control system is equipped with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation and by means of an industrial computer, the Operator Checks the status of Auxiliary Components, Alarms, Historical/Live trend and adjust the setpoints to Control the Output. Our Steam Turbine UCS's are designed to provide highly reliable control on critical steam turbine applications. Leading PLC manufacturing companies have adopted for the Core Section (ISTG Control), Auxiliaries Control and auto Synchronization of Breakers. The system performs in all automatic protective functions including speed control, load control, steam pressure control, HP/LP Valve Control, Extraction/Injection valve Control,valve testing, remote control and turbine protection.
